Thank you for helping us with the simple assignment of caring for widows and orphans. It is a joyful assignment!

2024 was a productive year for Naomi's House. We spent most of it laying a good foundation for what is to come, and now we're ready to begin building homes: -Electricity was run to the site. -A good well was dug. We now have running water. -All the underground work for the septic system has been completed. -The home for our watchman/caretaker is complete, and a good man has been hired. -Mangos, avocados and bananas are being planted. -Fencing was run along the property lines, our long drive was graded, grass was planted. -300 eucalyptus trees were also planted. Eventually, we hope to have 1000-1200 trees planted. In Uganda, Eucalyptus trees are an excellent investment. In 6-8 years, we expect each tree will be worth 40 USD. This will help with our future day-to-day expenses! So: Everything is now in place for dozens and dozens of homes to be built in this good, safe place.

Fully furnished, each home will cost 6500 USD.
